    Jackson Zarubin is a 2011 RHP/OF with a 6 foot, 170 lb. frame from Pleasanton, CA who attends Foothill high school. Lean athletic build, body projects well on the mound. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, athletic delivery, good balance, long arm, loose arm action, good arm speed, deceptive, good downhill plane on all pitches, sinking and cutting action on fastball, very good life down in the zone, feel for 11-5 curveball, makes hitters put the ball on the ground, around the plate with all pitches, athletic delivery and a live arm. Good offensive tools to work with, raw with high upside, quick hands, ball jumps off the bat, good bat speed, hitting tools project very well down the road. Big outfield arm, arm works well, athletic actions. Strong student.
