      1.MVP for 18 under Rockville Centre travel team. 2. 11 first place trophies from karate tournaments. 3. finished 3rd in the annual 2004 Frank Cioffi Memorial 5K for my age class. 4. 3rd place in the Big Apple Challenge Fighting competiton. 5. Finished 2nd and 3rd in the karate AAU championships for Fighting and Kata. championships. 6. 10 silver medals that I recieved in many different track meets. 7. 4 gold track medals won for relay races, 100 meter and shot put. 8. 3 gold medals and 1 bronze for the Miyazaki invitational 9. 3 golds and 1 silver in local karate competitions. 10. Was named the MVP of the Stallion football league in 1999 . 11. Captain of the wrestling team in 2003 and 2004. 12. 1st place in the Great Knights Chess club in 2003 and 2005.
